What is included in Smartbanking?

Fio banka Smartbanking provides modern mobile services. An overview is provided below.

Open section

This section is accessible without logging in to the application using secured access. Information is located in the following items:

Fee calculator

  • Calculator for common account transactions

Exchange rates

  • Current and historical exchange rates


  • Branches based on current position and details
  • List of branches and details
  • You can also select a home branch using the detail


  • Important contacts (hotline, lost card, etc.)
  • Selected home branch contacts

Secured section

This section includes balances and account histories and you can actively manage your funds in this section. Functions are divided into the following menu sections.


  • This section provides an overview of balances on active accounts (current, savings and term) and their total by currency
  • Transaction history is maintained for a selected account for 3 months (max. 100 items)
  • Account transaction details can be used to repeat outgoing payments
  • Electronic PDF statements
  • Account properties


  • Template overview
  • Template adding / editing/ deleting

Payment orders

  • Placing orders between your accounts
  • Placing single CZK payment orders within the Czech Republic
  • Placing single EUR payment orders to Slovakia
  • Placing EUR payment orders in the Eurozone

Sending questions

Touch ID

  • Safe and simple way to manage your finances with fingerprint.
  • Allows you to replace password or authentication code for submitting transactions. Usage of fingerprint is allowed just for one of these operations.

  • Compatible with: iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and tablets iPad Air 2 a iPad mini 3.


Login to Smartbanking with your current login and passward, then choose Settings. Choose either Use Touch ID for login or Use Touch ID for authorization, then authenticate with your PIN code.


  • Access to the secure section of the application requires a login and password selected in Internetbanking in "Global Settings". Transactions are also confirmed using the PIN selected in the same place.
  • To simplify telephone identification, please enter the unique telephone identification number for the phone used to access the account.
  • All communication between the mobile phone and the bank is encrypted.
  • The application can be deactivated at any time through Global Settings.
